Booking/Cancellations

Spa Parties of three (3) to seven (7) will require a credit card to reserve your appointments. Cancellations must be made five (5) days prior to scheduled appointments to avoid a $25 cancellation fee for each person canceling. Parties of eight (8) or more will require payment in full ten (10) days prior to scheduled appointments and will not be refundable. Once reservations are made, choice of services my not be changed.

Booking a “Package” will require a credit card to reserve your appointment. A
24-hour cancellation notice must be given for a “Package” appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation charge to your credit card.

Booking a “Gift Certificate” will require your gift certificate number. A 24-hour cancellation notice must be given to avoid your gift certificate being cancelled.
