BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS

Our Cancellation Policy: Booking spa services will require a credit card to reserve your appointment. Any changes to services and/or cancellation of services must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointments to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled services or package. The 24-hour notice must be given for any appointments to avoid a cancellation charge to your credit card.

Booking a “Gift Certificate” will require your gift certificate number. A 24-hour cancellation notice must be given to avoid your gift certificate being reduced the 50% cost of the services scheduled.

Booking two (2) to seven (7) people will require a credit card to reserve your appointments. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled appointments to avoid a cancellation fee for each person canceling.

Booking eight (8) or more will require payment in full five (5) days prior to scheduled appointments and will not be refunded. Once reservations are made, the choice of services may not be changed

GIFT CERTIFICATES

❋ Gift Certificates are available for dollar amounts, any menu service or package.

❋ Gift Certificates can be redeemed for any service or product.

❋ Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of redemption for service or product.

❋ Gift Certificates are not refundable and have no cash value.

❋ Gift Certificate redemption is subject to availability.

❋ Gift Certificates expire five (5) years from date of purchase.
